Training is a core part of preparation for ROTOglide® surgery. The ROTOglide® training program supports consistent technique through structured model-based training and dedicated instrumentation familiarization

All training access and progress are managed through the ROTOglide® App.

Surgeon Training Portal & ROTOglide® App

ROTOglide® training is delivered through the ROTOglide App, providing secure access to the Surgeon Training Portal for accredited surgeons.

The portal brings together required training modules and course materials, surgical technique guidance for medial and dorsal approaches, instrument layout and theatre preparation protocols, surgical simulation and training videos, and pre-training checklists, with certification tracking and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) level progression supported by PROMS data, all within one secure platform.

Following certification, surgeons gain access to the PROMS (Patient-Reported Outcome Measures) portal within the app to securely manage patient treatments, follow-ups, and post-operative responses.

ROTOglide® – SurgiSTUD models Training

We perceive training as a vital part of preparing for ROTOglide® surgery. A set of instruments dedicated to ROTOglide® – SurgiSTUD surgery has been developed and trialled over many years to facilitate this training module

Instrumentation Training

A training module has been developed to help train and familiarise theatre and healthcare professionals manage ROTOglide® instruments in theatre.
